After Chiron told me the demigod's name I nodded and left the Big house.

As I left I figured it would be easier to go to the Hermes cabin first considering Luke wouldn't make a big scene and it was also the closest cabin.

When the cabin became visible, my mind began to wonder.

"Who names their kid after Perseus?'" I thought, "Unless..."

No that can't be right.

I was so lost in thought I didn't realize I was at the door of the cabin until it was an inch from my face.

I sighed as I walked in and saw Luke sitting on his bunk playing a small blue device he called a...

I can't remember.

I walked up to him and he looked up at me from his device. When he saw me he smiled and paused his game.

"Sup Ash." he said.
As he noticed my expression his face turned dark,"Is something wrong?"

"I have to leave."

His eyes widened in surprise,"What?"

I mentally face-palmed,"Could've worded that better" I thought.

"Not forever," as I said this his face calmed ,"Chiron has asked me to do something that is of extreme importance and it will most likely take at least a year."
When he heard this his face wasn't darkened as much as it was before but it was still saddened.

He sighed and began to talk,"I understand but I have no idea what Annabeth and Briana are gonna' do, especially Briana, considering how close you to are."

I winced I was trying not to think Briana the longest we had been apart was 2 months ever since we first met when I showed her around camp. She was no doubt going to react to this negatively.

"Well I better get going," I said, " The longer I talk the more agitated Argus gets, and you know how he gets when he's agitated."

Luke chuckled,"Yea," he extended his hand and I shook it,"See you then."

"See you then."

And with that I left for Annabeth's cabin.
