How I Became A Demigod

I woke up to see Percy sitting at the foot of my bed. I smiled immediately. "Hey Perce," I said. "Hey. How do you feel?" he asked. "Better now that you're here," I replied. That made him blush. "Where am I?" I asked. "The infirmary. You passed out after you defeated those skeletons," Percy said. "I did what?!" I screamed. "The dagger Chiron gave you. It used to belong to Bianca di Angelo, daughter of Hades," he said. He started to get tears in his eyes. "Grover Underwood, Thalia Grace, Zoë Nightshade, and I were on a quest to save Artemis and Annabeth when she died. We were at the junkyard of the gods. She had stolen a figurine of Hades for he little brother Nico. Her actions had brought a huge robot machine creature to life. She went inside the robot and the robot crushed while she was in it. She risked her life to save us," he said, on the verge of crying. I took his hand. It felt warm and soft. "Can I ask you something?" Percy asked. "Sure," I said. "Why did you make a bolt of lightning come down on Annabeth?" he asked. "She was stealing you. I thought that, if I did that, she would let me have you. I'm, like, really competitive!" I said. "Okay. Well, it worked!" he said. "Now let me ask you something. Did you ever have a crush on Annabeth before I came?" I asked. "Yes." he replied. "Okay," I said. "Let's go!"

It it was after dinner. I was on the beach taking a walk. Now, before I tell you what happened, you should know this. At camp, my best friend is Carmen Andrews. She's a daughter of Aphrodite. She was the first one to greet me when I arrived here. She has almond colored hair with a blonde streak. Anyways, back to what happened. I was walking on the beach, and I heard someone holler "Alexandra!" There's only one person at calm that knows my real name. "Carmen!" I hollered back. She sounded hurt. I had to help her. I started running toward her cabin. But, right there, in front of my cabin, you wouldn't believe what I saw.
