How I Became A Demigod

I hear a knock on the door just as I'm slipping my blue sandals on. "It's Carmen!" A voice yells. "Come in!" I yell back. Carmen walks in wearing a pink sundress I got her on her birthday, which was four days ago. "I was thinking, wanna go for a walk on the beach in 10 minutes?" she asked. "Sure! Just let me do my hair and I'll be there!" I reply. "Great! Later!" Carmen says, and leaves. I put my hair up in a bun, put my lightning bolt earrings in, and brush my teeth. I walk out my door and head to the beach. I'm walking for 30 seconds when I see it. Percy and Annabeth. They were making out on a beach blanket. "Percy!" I yell. He looks up at me. His face turns red as a beet. "Alex! Look, it's not what it looks like!" Percy says. "What the hell is it then?" I ask. He stays speechless. My eyes blur with tears. "Why? I love you! Well loved. Now I realize that your nothing but an ass!" I yell at him, and start running. "Wait! Come back!" He yells after me. I hear him chasing after me. I slow down.
"Look, I do love you. She kissed me!" Percy said
"Well, you looked pretty into it!" I yelled back.
"Don't do this."
"Do what? Break up with some ass that's cheating on me?"
He slaps me. Hard. I scream. A lightning bolt comes down on Percy. "Now you feel what Amnabeth felt!" I yelled, and ran a way.
