Life of a Legacy

I Get Kinapped

It was no earlier than midnight when I herd a loud thud in the living room. I assumed it was my parents so I tried to go back to sleep. Then I heard it again and again and again and agian and again. I pulled the covers back and got out of bed. I snuck into my parents room and saw they were both asleep, wrapped up in each others arms. I closed the door quietly and snuck into the livilng room. Nothing but the clock and foutain. I stood silently, only to hear the sound of the fountain gurgle. Great, I thought, now I'm hearing things. I gave up on going back to sleep and slid on some sandals, got a book, and settled by the fountain. I was so into my book, the loud thudding nearly made me scream.

THUD........THUD........THUD........THUD.........THUD.........THUD........THUD........THUD.........

It was so loud, I was suprised the whole camp didn't wake up, let alone my parents. I crept over to the door, the sound seemed to die down a little. I put my ear to the door and the sound seemed to stop. I took a step back and drew a breath of relief. Then I felt a hand over my mouth and an arm around my waist. I was then shoved in a bag and I began to scream.

"Scream all you want my dear, no one will hear you. I'm going to make sure you don't cause any more trouble, little Leagacy," a raspy voice said. I was to busy yelling to see what gender it was.

"Let me out!" I screamed. "My parents will have your head on a plaque if you don't!" I was trying to sound intimindating. The voice laughed, I still couldn't tell if it was a girl or boy.

"Silly child, your parents can't save you. I'm taking you somewhere where no one will ever find you," Voice said.

I was then dropped and I fell with a soft thud. I stayed curled up in the bag because I was to scared to see where I was or what has softened my fall. Then Voice tossed my bag upside down, causing me to fall out. I looked around to see that I was on a pink carpet. There was a bed and some books on a table to my right and a bathroom to my left. I looked all around, but I couldn't see a window. Where ever I was it was the size of my living room, which isn't very big. I looked up and realized that the celling was a solid gray stone with nothing but a celling fan. I also noticed that the walls were solid stone too: no door, no windows, no pictures, no anything at all. I was never so scared in my life. I began to bang on all of the walls.

"Ha-ha little child. Your efforts are pointless. No one will hear you and no one will ever know where you are," Voice said. I curled up on the floor and cried.

"Mommy, Daddy, I'm so sorry."
***********************************************************************************************************

I have had been in this cave for almost two weeks, unless time went differently wherever I was. My parents were definitly worried about me and were going crazy. If I ever fell asleep on the floor, I would always end up on my bed. A fresh pair of clothes would appear with my breakfast on my table. Lunch and dinner(and if I didn't yell at Voice, dessert) would also magically appear on the table too. Today, Voice left me a white tee-shirt and some blue sweatpants and pancakes with milk. I ate breakfast then took a shower. I looked in the mirror and almost cried: I looked okay. The bathroom was full of things that I needed, so I didn't look too bad. I wanted to be with my parents so badly.

I went to my bed and reached under the pillow to look for my securities, the things I managed to keep with me from the past two weeks. I had my old shirt and one golden drachma. I had to be careful with it though, it was my only one and I never knew if Voice was around. I couldn't take it anymore. I went into the bathroom and closed the door. I turned the shower on and turned the head so it the water would face the bathroom celing light, making a faint rainbow. I made a silent prayer to Goddess Iris and threw my drachama into it. Thank the gods the drachama disappeared.

"Percy and Annabeth Jackson, Camp Half-Blood," I said. The image changed and I saw Mom and Dad. They were in the reck room with Chiron, Rachel and Grover and everyone looked sad.

"Mommy! Daddy!" I said. They turned to me and their eyes grew wide. Everyone made way so they could get to the IM.

"Nara!" Mom exclaimed, "Are you okay? What happened? You just dissapeard two weeks ago."

"Mommy, I don't know where I am. Some one kidnapped me and I'm scared. Come get me. Please!" I began to cry and Dad spoke up.

"Nara, calm down. Describe where you are."

"I don't know, Daddy. It's like a cave or something."

"We will find you. Okay?" He barely said it as Voice's raspy voice rang again.

"Nice try child, but we can't have this now," Voice said. I felt a large hand grab me.

"Nara!" Dad yelled.

"Help!" was all I could say.

Voice pulled me out off the cave and threw me against a wall. I felt something kick and punch me while I was curled up on the floor. I blacked out a little while after. When I came back to it, I was on my bed. I was bloddy and my clothes had rips. There was food and some new clothes on the table by the bed. I didn't touch them. I curled up on my bed.

"Mommy, Daddy. Hurry," I cried my self to sleep.
