The Two That Went Missing

As we circled around another town, FOR THE SECONDED HOUR, Mrs. Dragon Tattoo Lady and Sir Personal Space, finally found a spot we could stop for the night, by that time, the moon came up and it was about my guess 9:47, but that was only a guess. Drakon landed down in an old primary school yard, one that had been abandoned years ago, an old forest grew on one if the sides, giving it a creepy vide. Drakon collapsed onto the ground with a giant “thud”, we all jumped off, Sarah walked up to his head and pulled out a giant dragon sized biscuit, where she got it from, I have no idea. she rubbed his neck, as he quickly ate the biscuit,
“I’M SO PROUD OF YOU BABY!” she said, moving down to his stomach and him rolling over like a dog. Nico watched in amazement,
“Does he always do that? I mean, he is dragon, right?" he asked, I nodded my head,
“of course he's a dragon, what else could he be, a really big lizard? anyway he's just really friendly, not all dragons are man-eaters, but watch out boy, cause she’ll chew ya up, ooooh here she comes,” I sang, then I smirked,
“and i’m pretty sure the biggest thing he’s eaten was like a minivan, but he’s harmless” I said, motioning to the dragon, who had decided he wanted to play fetch now, and ripped a see-saw out of the ground, cement and everything.
“yeah, really harmless” Nico said, as Drakon whipped the see-saw around and took out a big chunk of the building. Sarah told Drakon to stay there, she be out in the morning and just break through a wall or two if he really needed her. With our last goodnight to him, we made our way to the abandoned school. The building itself was beautiful, it had old art deco designs going through it, a lot of windows, different shapes and had a lot of drawings, there was one that looked like 3 purple circles in a triangle shape, all attacked by lines.
“Hey, that look just like a v-”
“ We should find a room and secure it, I’ll take first watch” Nico said, interrupting me, Sarah giggled along with me, as Nico kicked in the door with a swift kick, and a big “boom”, when the door fell. The school looked more abandoned in there than the outside, old decaying papers littered the hallways, chair, desks, and old school supplies scattered throughout the halls. we walked down a hallway and turned into another one,
“looks like no ones been here for centuries” I said, Sarah nodding in agreement, but Nico on the other hand,
“We should stay close to the main exit, just in case, where ever theres silence, there's usually monsters that break it” he said, turning back to us,
“we should stay in one of these room” he pointed down the main hallway, which we had just walked down,
“awh but i wanted to stay in the 5th grade rooms, and be the head of the school!” Sarah said with a grin, Nico head down the hallway, looking in the different rooms,
“I bet, if we find the bathroom, we could find old gossip and bad cuss words like, Sarah <3 Nico or butts, I heared that was a bad cuss word, back in the day” I said with a grin, Sarah laughing along, and said
“or Julia wants to fu-”
“this room is good” Nico said, point to a room that was halfway down the hallway. We walked up to it, the door hand been ripped off the hinges and stolen. We walked in, I flipped the light switch, nothing happened, I didn’t think anything would.
“Alright let’s make a small fire and eat something” Nico said, sitting on a desk, it creaking under his small body weight,
“OH I GOT IT!” I shouted grabbing a desk and throwing it against the wall, and it splitting into a billion different pieces, and a huge bang ringing throughout the school. Nico stood, staring at me, Sarah waited, nothing happened, no noise, no people, nothing. I grinned, Nico walked up to me,
“let’s try and be a little stealthier, I would rather not want to be attacked by any monster in the 100 yard radius because you want to throw a desk at the wall” he said in a quiet whisper, that was terrifying, I swallowed and shook my head, Sarah stifle her giggles and started picking up the wood,
“let’s cook up so kickass food!”
