I grabbed Sarah and closed my eyes, this is going to hurt badly.
I braced myself, we skimmed across the water like someone who was skipping a rock. With one last bounce we went flying on to the beach with such force I think I heard one of my ribs crack. I let out a groan of pain and sat up, just trying to breathe. The Celedon that attacked us was now crawling out of the water, its wings trying to fly, but the rest of this body trying to crawl towards us, the other flying one was no where to be seen. The Celedon was crawling fast and had finally stood up and was walking towards us now. It wasn't until now, that I realized that Sarah was laying barely conscious on top of me. I slowly moved her off of me, and laid her next to me,
my head is spinning and pain is searing up my side from my broken rib but I look around, for anything. I see Sarah’s and my sword washing up on the beach, right behind the Celedon coming closer to us. The sun was going down, it was getting late and we were running out of time.
Wait...Where the hell is Julia?

I saw something glimmering on the other side of the beach, maybe Julia was, oh gods I hope she isn’t dead. Drakon is no where to be seen, I need to get our weapons, it was my only choice, I had to shadow travel. I closed my eyes and tried to concentrate, then I heard a blood curling laugh,
“I do not think so Demigod, try something else” said a dark voice, something like a house creaking. I swallowed, that was not a good sign. The Celedon was now about a mile away, I stood up, trying to ignore the pain shoot up in my right leg and stood firm. I grabbed a piece of driftwood, it was all I got. The Celedon was now a couple feet away, she was trying to sing, but nothing came out of her mouth, good news for me.

Then when I was about to hit her, Julia came hurling through the air, going right through the Celedon. Knocking her straight into a rock, I stood holding my driftwood in the air staring at where the Celedon just was. Julia climbed to her feet and charged at the Celedon driver, the driver was glitching too, half of her body was in shambles, wires and gold hanging out of huge gash marks. The Celedon were made of gold, just cutting through that would ruin your weapon, but Julia’s scythe was fine. Julia’s left was hanging limb, maybe she dislocated it, she swung at the Celedon, it took the scythe right in the neck, not even moving, half of its mouth huge open,
“Fo-fo-fo-fo-fo-fo-r-r-r-r-r-r e-e-e-e-e-re-re-re-re-re” The Celedon said, grabbing Julia around the neck and rose her hand, which was just sharp metal. What the hell was I doing, I ran at the Celedon, smacking it in the back of the head with the drift wood, it dropped Julia. But turned to me, I tried to smack it in the head again but it grabbed the driftwood and snapped it in half.

“Hasta la vista, bitch” Julia said, with one fluent swing, taking the head straight off of the Celedon. It’s head fell to the ground sparks flying everywhere, with its body coming after, Julia turned to me, her neck was bruised and she was bleeding, well a lot. She winked,
“You alright?” I shook my head yes,
“You?” she stopped and thought for a moment,
“No” she said shaking her head, I smiled she’ll be fine, she grinned then turned around,
“SARAH?” she yelled, running, half limping over to her, I followed. Julia bent down and check her pulse,
“Shes fine, don’t worry” I said, Julia looked at me like a lost puppy, she wasn't use to not having Sarah with her. Then there was glitching noise coming from the Celedon that Julia had flung into the rock, gods, so many different Celedon’s. Julia and I limped over to it, and watched it, it made noises like it was playing back a tape,
“ We must stop the halflings and bring Pandora’s box back to Erebus” The Celedon said in a clear voice, then it’s head fell off,I turned to Julia, she looked at me, uh oh.
“Very good Demigods!” A voice said, a voice that I heard before, we turned behind us to a god in full greek black armor, dark smoke rose off him and disappeared, I have seen this god before I couldn’t place his name though.
“I applaud you! Defeating a Celedon, but 2 of them? That’s amazing!” he said, I felt Julia move behind me,
“No need to hide Demigod! I am not here to hurt you!” He said, Julia didn’t move,
“Oh, well I see how a Demigod might be afraid of me” He said in a mocking tone, I stood forward,
“You don’t scare me, I seen gods worse than you, the dark is scarier than you” I said, Julia pulled me back,
“Nico, no I-”
“Ha ha ha! Demigods are funny, Boy, do you even know who I am?” I shook my head, He looked at Julia, She swallowed,
“That’s Erebus, the primeval god of darkness and void, Nico he is the dark” Julia said, I stood back, well...shit.
“Well, I must be going, but I will see you two later” He said, turning into darkness, which spread back into the shadows. As he disappeared, the last Celedon came through the mist and straight at us. Julia jumped in front of me, and used her scythe as a shield and pushed the Celedon back, but the Celedon grabbed the staff part of her scythe and pulled Julia with her, doing a flip and Julia landing on her back with a groan. The Celedon pulled Julia up, tossing her scythe away and grabbed Julia by the neck,
“CALM ON!” Julia choked out, I punched the back of it’s head, again my body rang, the Celedon didn’t even flinch, it grabbed me by the neck. She slammed Julia and my head together, we both groaned in pain, well we are screwed. She opened her mouth to see, when we heard,
“SHUT THE FUCK UP!” Sarah came from behind her and smash a piece of stone into her head. The Celedon froze and the head shank in and she dropped us. We watched as the shadows consumed all the Celedons and there broke parts, when it was gone, so was the Celedones.

Julia and I sat on the ground, as Sarah walked up to us and coughed,
“What did I miss”

That's right! We will be having a squeal! (who didn't know that?) The name of it will be The Darkness Among Us and it will be featuring Julia, Sarah, Nico, The rest of the PJ gang and maybe some new characters [wink wink] But will mostly be about our 3 little ducklings! We hope to finish this story by the end of the summer or sooner, but we will post updates here in the comments or something like that!
