Hera's new twist

When Leo said that we were getting attacked by a metal thing he didn't mention that it was 10 ft. tall and has seven arms each holding a bronze sword. It's 'head' is just a bunch of scrap metal put together by screws and what looked like glue. It has two red eyes and it's mouth has two layers of sharp teeth. I don't think that my butter knife would help but I have to try.
Everyone was running around it and stabbing it trying to find a weak spot. Leo through fire balls at it's face, I don't know how he is doing that maybe he has like a mechanism in his sleeve or something but it looks like it's coming from his bare hands. Jason is flying through air and stabbing it in it's back which is making the the monster more angry then it already is. I think I'm hallucinating when I say this but Frank is changing into animals, like one minute he is himself then the next he is an Eagle or an Elephant. I had to do a double take on that one but everyone else was fighting normal. I don't think Coach thinks through his plans because all he did was yell "DIE!" and ran straight at the monster. The monster swung at him with one of its hands but Coach jumped over it and wacked him in the chest. It made a small dent but enough for the monster to roar in anger and swing at him again. This time it hit its target; Coach flew about six feet until he hit a post and was unconscious.
Hazel managed to cut one of its arms off with her sword and was now attacking another one. Nico was struggling to fight against two other arms, and since Piper only has a knife she has to keep jumping in to get the monster then quickly jump back out so she doesn't get hit. Leo grabbed a sledgehammer out of his tool belt and it instantly caught on fire. WHAT!? I think the Coach might have hit me on the head after all, because there is no possible way Leo's hammer caught on fire by its self and Frank turning into different animals. Leo through his sledge hammer at the monster and it hit it on the head, it made a huge dent so now the monster looks more messed up then it already is. It gave a huge roar which shook the boat and swung two of it's arms at Leo. He managed to dodge one but the other one got him in the back and Leo flew forwards. Then the monster threw his arm which held a sword towards Leo who was still flying, so the sword would go through Leo's stomach when he landed. I don't know what came over me but I raced forward and tackled Leo in mid flight. We landed hard on the deck, I jumped up and made sure we were both alright.
"That was awesome!" says Leo. He was cut up a bit but seemed to be in one piece. "How did you learn to do that?" He had and elfish face so when he smiled he looked like he did something he shouldn't have done.
"I'm not sure, but you should be more careful."
His smile grew bigger, "why would you take care of me if I got hurt?"
I blushed. "Um, no I wouldn't."
"Hey! You two chatter mouths! Watch out!" Jason yells from above, he was swinging his sword at one the arms. The arm swung back but Jason dodged it and the came down towards us. Leo and I jumped out of the way and the arm crashed through the floor where we were standing. I looked around; Nico was still fighting two of the arms but now Hazel was helping him, Frank is an Elephant and keeps ramming into the monster, Piper if fighting off an arm, Jason is still attacking the head and back, Coach is still unconscious, and Leo is fighting another arm. There were two arms on the ground so that meant that there was one arm left. Where did it go? I looked around but couldn't find it, then something picked me up off the ground and the world turned upside down. The monster had by my ankle an held me in front of its ugly face, it opened it's mouth like it was going to eat me then I remembered I still had the butter knife. I through it in its mouth and it made a choking sound, sparks started to fly out of its head and it let go of me.
I managed to land on my side instead of my head, I tried to sit up my side hurt to much. I turned over and saw the monster shudder and fall off the side of the ship. I didn't hear a splash which confused me until someone helped me up and I looked over the side. It turns out the boat could fly which didn't surprised me since it seems the boat can do everything. When I looked back everyone was staring at me. "What?"
"How did you do that?" Nico asked me.
"I don't know, I just through a butter knife in its mouth." Nobody seemed to buy it.
"You killed a monster with a butter knife?" Leo seemed surprised and admired.
"Uh, yeah i guess." It was kind of embarrassing with everyone staring me, I mean I didn't really do anything except choke it to death.
All of a sudden I fell to the ground. Everyone ran over to make sure I was okay, "are you alright? What happened?" Hazel asked me.
"I'm alright I'm just tired." I was about to pass out.
"But you just woke up," Nico pointed out.
"I know but now I'm tired, seriously I think I'm going to pass out." Everybody seemed concerned about me. I got up and leaned against the railing. "I'm alright guys, just sleepy." Then I yawned. It was it was contagious, everybody else yawned which made me yawn again and then they copied me. Again.
"Quit it!" Nico covered my mouth which was about to yawn yet again. When he was sure I wasn't going to do it again he let go.
"I wish Annabeth was here, she would probably know who your godly parent is." Piper says, Jason had a weird look on his face. "What is Jason?" Piper saw the look on his face too.
"That reminds me of someone but I can't remember who. It was when we first arrived at camp half-blood, Annabeth took me to see some guy but I can't remember what his name was. C-Conner? No, I don't think that was it." He was thinking hard about, "Clovis! that was his name! Clovis, he was the son of-" Jason was cut off because Coach Hedge decided to wake up.
"Did I kill it?" He was staggering around and dragging his baseball bat around.
"Yeah Coach, you did good job!" Everybody told him, I guess he gets nocked out often.
I was still sleepy and headed for the bunkers when some one behind said "I'll walk you back." I turned around and Nico was standing there.
"Oh, um. I think I can handle it." I started to get nervous and I guess he sensed it because he smiled and walked by my side as I headed back to the bunkers.
"Don't worry I won't bite, I'm headed down there anyway." As was walked down the stairs I noticed that the shadows tend to follow him which I thought was creepy and cool.
"So where are you heading?" I ask.
"I'm going to the stables," this boat as stables?
"Why do you guys have stables?"
"For the Pegasi." Okay that's normal, they are part of greek mythology. They should exist like all other myths.
Man I'm sleepy… These stairs look comfy enough. I guess I started to sway because Nico grabbed my arm and led me to my room.
"Thanks."
"No problem," then he left.I walked into my temporary room and flopped on the bed. I instantly fell asleep. I never really have vivid dreams before but this one seemed so real that I actually thought I was in cave. There were white curtains hanging around and candles that smelled like Lotus flowers.There was a lady wearing a fancy dress with peacock colours and had a little table set up with tea and cookies. She looked like she was waiting for some one, then a guy wearing a black robe and sleeping moon PJ pants walked through the shadows and stood in front of her. He had my hair and eyes and looked very sleepy.
"What do you think you are doing?" He asked the women.
She raised her eyebrows and told him, "is that a way to talk to the queen of the gods?"
"Last I heard the queen of the gods ran away from her own home"The women narrowed her eyes at the man and stood up.
"I didn't run away I am simply taking a vacation from my family." She walked around the man and told him. "To answer your question; I am actually doing nothing. What happened to your daughter has nothing to do with me. Well her losing her memories has nothing to do with me; that was someone else." The women sat back down and took a sip of her tea. The man was still standing and asked her "what do you mean you have nothing to do with her losing her memories? If you put her on that ship then must have done something with them!" The man through his hands in the air and started to pace.
"Calm your self, all I did was make sure she landed on boat safe and sound. If some one took her memories then you might as well give up on hoping to retrieve them but if she made her self forget then she has to make her self remember." The women took a cookie off the tray and took a small bite, "you know your not allowed to interfere with her, Zeus would strike you down if you do. You spend to much time with her which surprises me since your so lazy with everything else."
The man grunted and walked away. The dream changed and I was standing in a house filled with pictures of me and some women. We didn't really look a like except for the mouth, her hair was blonde and curly and her eyes were blue. Our mouths were thin and long and we had the same skin colour: white with a slight tan. When I walked through the hall I came to the living where the women was sitting on a brown couch holding a picture of babe. You can tell she crying by the puffiness of her eyes and she holding a tissue box. The women was looking into space thinking about the girl in the picture, I could tell because I saw her thoughts. I'm not sure how to explain it, it's like watching a movie but with smoke around the edges and the movie keeps fading then becoming into focus again. I could have stood there forever watching the little girl grow up but there was a knock on the door. The women's thoughts instantly changed to door and she stood up to get it. I followed the women through house until we reached the door, when she opened it the man from other dream was standing there. He was dressed differently but looked the same. He was now wearing a plain white shirt and jeans with sneakers.
He smiled at the women and said "hello Marie, it's nice to see you again." The women began to cry and fell into the mans arms. The man held her and brought her inside, they stood together in the entry way while the women cried on his shoulder. "It's alright, everything will be okay." He kept repeating those words to her, I wanted to yell at him for telling her those lies but I new they couldn't hear me.
Finally the women stopped crying and asked the man, "do you know where she is?" She looked up at the man with hope in her eyes.
"No, I'm sorry. I'm trying the best I can, you know I am but I can't find her." Now I want to smack the guy and yell at him 'YOU LIAR! YOU KNOW PERFECTLY WELL WHERE I AM! YOU JUST TALKED TO THE GODDESS THAT PUT ME HERE!' I actually tried that they didn't seem to notice. When the Marie heard what he said she started to cry again, the man brought her back to the living room and put her on the couch. They sat together for a few moments then Marie sat up and said "Your probably hungry, do you want something to eat?" The man shook his head and stood up.
"I can't stay, Zeus would kill me if he found out I was here." Marie nodded her head like she understood and got up to lead to him to the door.
When they reached the door the man grabbed her shoulders so she would look at him, but she didn't at him straight in the eyes. He said "I will find her Marie, I promise."
Then I woke up to some one shaking me, "Nicole we landed! Hazel and Piper want you to go shopping with them, so you can get your own clothes." Leo was still shaking me when I sat up, I pushed him away and looked out the window. The sun wasn't exactly up in the sky so it was probably around two o'clock in the afternoon. I yawned and stretched, then I put on my shoes and walked with Leo up to the top deck where Piper and Hazel were waiting for me.
"All right now lets go hopping!" Hazel said, grabbing my arm while Piper grabbed the other. We walked arm-in-arm down towards a street filled with shopping carts and food vendors.

Sorry for the lousy ending but I finished this chapter at 1:44 AM.

Also I mentioned before that this story would follow HOH what I meant is that the some of the events in the book will be in the story.
I also had a hard time with the name of this chapter so if you think it's a bad name - I am sorry.
