Nico


I was sitting there, just minding my own business (A.K.A. listening to music) when Jenni first became annoying. I know she's, like, twelve, but she acts seven!

She sat next to me and promptly started to repeatedly poke me in the back. "Hey. Hey. Nico. Wake up. Nico. Hey. Hey. Hey."

"What do you want?"

"Bianca's over there, but she doesn't want to see you. She said you would just be annoying her."

"WHAT?!?!?!"

I saw Sam start giggling.

"What's so funny?!?"

"You're adorable when you get angry!" She laughed.

I hate her sometimes.

I was turning towards Jenni to give her a Death Glare, but she stopped me. "Gosh, I was kidding, Mr. Dandelion!"

I really am going to kill this girl one day. I think she sensed that. She ran.

I started standing to go after her, but Sam grabbed my arm to hold me in place. "No killing people." she scolded. She is so annoying sometimes... But it may have been for the best. Dad might get mad. He says the Underworld is getting too crowded.


5 days later...


Jenni snuck up behind me. Pat. Pat. Pat. I started squirming. I hate when people touch my hair!

"Stay still, Cat Nico!"

Who else knew about the cat thing?!?!? "Sam... Did you help plan this?"

She ran a finger along her scar. "Maybe..."

"Both of you, you are so de-"

I heard a laugh, and then a bucket of salty water was dumped on my head. I flicked the fish off of my forehead and turned around slowly. Percy. Of course. Now I had three people to deal with. They all ran towards the woods. I think Sam was trying to climb a tree. Kind of stupid, but... I get kind of scary sometimes. Eventually Jo had to calm me down. I guess she didn't want Sam to die- again.


2 days later...


Nicky and I were having a conversation about awesome bands when Jenni fell out of the tree. She dangled by her knees and started talking. "So I was just sitting there when it dawned on me that Mythomagic is really dumb. Don't you think so?"

It took three triplets, a kid in a penguin sweater, and that girl that just goes by "Caleo" to hold me back. Someday that girl will really be sorry.

Yo! Future-me addin' notes again. On, um, the same thing. I still think that whole "pretending Bianca's there" thing was total BS, but I'm not taking this chapter down, BECAUSE, I might do a project later on involving some of my... Older. Um. Writings? (I am pretty disdainful to a lot of what I posted here, and I do have habits of hating everything I do and thinking I could do better, which might be a fatal flaw, I don't even know. But I really do think a few chapters of this were trash, I'm sorry.)
