Review:

If you need a romance novel with an adorable couple this is the perfect story. Now me when I come to a story I look for the action with a romance cleverly implanted, but this is pretty awesome with everyone's lone wolf Nico! ^.^
It's adorable! But since it's not finished and it hints adventure I give it some hope for awesome action!
And I love the fact that it breaks the fourth wall that the books are just biographies that just happen to be labeled fiction1

But in my opinion this story quickly jumps into the story, and Nico isn't exactly the same Nico from the books. Still love the fact though that Nico likes to be mysterious XD.

If you want a nice quick read with an adorable couple this is the book for you!
So since I am very big on cannon characters being themselves and there really isn't a reason why I have to deduct points.

I have to give it a 6
I DEEPLY care about story lines and character so that's why I deducted points, but it made me smile to read!

Suggestions for the Authors (Please note if you are not the Author there is a spoiler alert if you have read this story. Read at your own risk!)

Great story! Loved it! It was clean and an easy read buuuutt
The reason why I rated it a six is because this is a jump in head first story, rather than a walking down the steps. Here's the deal, now since your story is very beginning stages and not done quite yet it still has potential to turn it into a GOOD story into an GREAT story.

So let's get down to it:

When I read the story it was very quick into jumping into the story line, showing that you were hurrying through the story (it's ok I do it all the time, especially if I hit a writers block) I see it because Nico and Kimmi are just thrust into this romance and the reader is caught in a whirlwind of "wha?" and "awww!".

For me while you have the reader's attention you help them into the story, and they get to grow in love with this ship (pairing:nico x kimmi if you didn't know). A thing I would recommend is that Nico would be a regular in to Library and always check out Rick's books. They would exchange conversation. not a lot, but Kimmi is starting to wonder about this mysterious guy. Then Nico returns the House of Hades and then just smiles and says something and they strike up a conversation about how they can't wait for the next book, and Nico just says something like, "I know how it ends ha ha ha." and just leaves and Kimmi like waits for Nico to come back and tries searching him out cause she wants to know what happens in the end and she wants to know how he knows: Well duh! because he's Nico!

Now Nico in your story is different to the Nico in the books, but since you haven't posted why that is I have to work with what you have. If you can come up with a reason why Nico in the book is different to Nico in your story that would be great. People can change yes, but as a reader we are stuck on the cannon that Nico is reclusive, secretive, and yes mysterious.

Ok so to thicken the plot just sit and think about it, and carry a notebook wherever you are so you can write it down and then apply it to your story.
