Nord Stjerners Camp

I awoke to the sound of hearty laughter, it sounded so familiar yet distant. But how could that be? My father was wisked away into a terrible war and never came back, there were no men in the Calland family anymore, at least not that I knew of.

I put a sweater over my tank top and shorts and went into the vast living room. All I saw was my mother smiling, and talking to someone who I couldn't see and the laughter came again, I moved closer and saw him standing there. A young man with muscles 3 times bigger then my head, 7 foot 8, yet he looked like home.

"Ingrid! Your up, glad to see you have my eyes,"

"Who the Hades are you?" I cursed myself silently, I am a total nerd when it comes to PJO.

"Hades? I'm not Greek my child, I'm Norse, we live in Norway after all,"

"Still, who are you?" I said with a surprisingly cold voice, I shivered, the air turned icy and cold.

"She started already?" he said.

"Yes, well occasionally when she feels something but never that often," my mother said.

"Well darling," the burly man started.

"I, am your father. You may call me Balder, god of purity and light at your service,"
