The New Demigods

Apparently, here at Camp Half-Blood, capture the flag is a big deal. I myself have never played but it sounded fun. Of course, Annabeth had me be on her team. I swear that she is my mother from a different brother! The games were about to begin and Chiron, the camp director, was telling us the rules. There were only two. Try not to maul anyone, and have a good time! Cheery right?
"Alright campers! At the sound of the conch, the game will begin! You have five more minutes to devise a plan and choose your weapons! I hope the games are a good one today!"
That is how the game began. It was fun at first, but then I had to go and get myself captured by the red team. They asked me if I had any final words before they gagged me and tied me up.
"Asshats." Its the first thing that came to mind and so that is what I said. Probably not the best thing to say. Thanks reading.
"Make sure he can't get down! If I find out that he did, no dinner for any of you!"
That, I am guessing, is the red team's leader.
I spent two hours in a cage, then, I heard this strange noise that sounded like a girl screaming. "If you don't tell me where your flag is now, I am going to mess you up!" yelled Kate.
"Oh! Hey James? What are you doing in a cage? Oh, haha. You cant answer because you are gagged."
I am not questioning her brawn over brain ratio. She threatened to kill the person who tied me up in the tree.
I tried to tell her that I knew where the flag was, but I still couldn't talk. Kate just left me in the tree and started to look for the flag again. I didn't get down until Elle came along. Why did it have to be Elle? She was like a ninja who had this creepy thing for me. I really wish she would stop this whole stalker love thing, but she probably won't.
She threw her sword at the rope that held up the cage. Bad idea. I fell 8 feet onto the hard forest floor.
"What were you doing up there?" she asked as she removed the gag.
"Oh umm.... I was just hanging around. I was just about to leaf"
"Hardy har har James. Very punny."
She untied me and held me captive in a bear hug.
"You know, we are on opposite teams, but they can't deny true love."
"Elle, you met me last month. You can't decide that you love someone in that time!"
"Did you hear that? That was my heart breaking. Oh well. You will never leave my side because I will never let you go."
Creepy stalker alert! What can I do though? She has me in a bear hug! This day just keeps getting better and better huh?
