The axe's blade is made of Celestial Bronze. Because it's a magic axe (shocker) it can be folded into a cute shaped object that fits into a medium sized purse.

Other weapons: She can use a lot of weapons, but her favorite is a spear.
[Why can she use a lot of weapons? Not realistic unless she's a daughter of a War deity which Tyche is not.]

Powers and Abilities: Tychokinesis, the ability to manipulate probability. (AKA She can grant either good or bad luck to people).
[Is actually a pretty over-powered ability. Maybe you can dial it down to just increasing and decreasing probability by a minuscule amount but not good luck or bad luck.]

Backstory: Was born on St.Patrick's day, grew up with her father and older brother until she was 6, when her father re-married (he had a wife that died before he met Tyche, that's where Alexia's brother came from). Alexia loved her stepmom, up until Kira came along. Her father dumped her at Camp half-blood, scared that monsters would attack the newborn baby if Alexia stayed around.
Alexia was identified as a daughter of Tyche during her first Road-trip to the Empire State building, when Tyche 'casually' walked up and hugged Alexia, while saying how much she always wanted to meet her daughter.
[Why did she go to the Empire State? What were this girl's quests?]

Lacks so much explanation. Has a lot of potential. A bit iffy with some details but I think you're off to a good start.
