Hi! So super sorry for not updating in a while. I'm a little less stressed now so I'll do as much as I can before I crash. Kara may comment here and there but I'm not sure if she'll be able to do one full review. So here it goes!

Other physical descriptions: Allegra has an athletic body type, she is quite tall, and she has her weight distributed evenly throughout her body. Although she does not have the chest size she would like. She likes to call it, ruler body shape. Allegra loves wearing bold patterns, kimonos, and things that show off her long legs. [Traditional kimonos don't exactly show off long legs but okay.] She also often wears flower crowns, and large eye-catching jewelry. She doesn't worry much about functionality in battle. [I can see that. -Kara] Allegra does have some scars, from when camp got attacked by some telekhines a few years back. Allegra doesn't have any tattoos or piercings as she is afraid they will hurt. [Tattoos do hurt depending on where you have it done. The bicep-area didn't really hurt that much for me but the shoulder-blade area hurt like a bitch. -Kara]

Personality
Positive traits: Allegra is very understanding, accepting, and kind. She listens to peoples problems, and comforts them.
Allegra also is very giving. She will help others, no matter who they are.
She is also very cheerful. She never gets mad at others for things they didn't do. She tries to always be happy.

Negative traits: Allegra can often be considered annoying, because of her cheerful attitude. Many campers think she tries to hard to please everybody, and that she's fake.
[That's true. I'm a naturally cheerful person but I do have my limits. There are people who are worse than me, though and yeah, it gets annoying a lot. Though, compared to your positive traits, your negative traits just seem to be brought about by circumstance. Basically, you don't have enough negatives to make your character realistic enough personality-wise.]

Other Personality traits: She doesn't like battle, her fear (explained below) is generally involved in battle, and she doesn't like to see others get hurt. It can make her get emotional.
[Yikes. Strong empathy for others. That can be positive and negative.]

Fears/Phobias: Traumatophobia, odynophobia, and coulrophobia. Her traumatophobia and odynophobia come from her mother's calm and peaceful nature. But her coulrophobia came from being forced to watch "it" at a very young age.

Fatal Flaw: Allegra's fatal flaw is that she is terrified of pain, or something that could happen to her that is painful. So if she was put in a situation where she was tortured for information, she could possibly give up information to spare herself. So even though she tries to put others before herself she just can't.

Other relationships: Allegra didn't really mind her half brother Butch at camp, but they didn't talk much.
Allegra had many friends at camp like Marie Green, and Eva Hayes from the Aphrodite cabin, who she had found were very good at sharing fashion tips with. She also hung out with some of the healers from the Apollo cabin too. She liked that they weren't too battle oriented.
Allegra didn't have a best friend at camp, she often didn't like it there that much, because everyone was always fighting. She also didn't have any real enemies, she just steered away from anyone who may not like her.
Backstory: Alfonso Garcia was a scientist [What's his specialty? Chem? Physics? Bio? - Kara]. He had always been fascinated with light and how it worked, [So physics? - Kara] which eventually got him interested in rainbows. [Rainbows are actually a fairly simple concept but okay. I guess I'll let this pass. - Kara] Iris found that intriguing, as not many scientists were interested in rainbows. [Um.... - Kara] One thing led to another and Allegra was born. Iris knew that if she told Alfonso the truth about greek gods, he wouldn't believe her, being the science-oriented man he was. But she said that there was an amazing summer camp that Allegra should go to when she got older.
Sure enough when Allegra was 10, Alfonso took her unknowingly to camp half blood. They were greeted by Chiron (disguised) at the bottom of half blood hill, where Mr. Garcia left her for the summer. Allegra liked some parts of camp, like the stables and arts and crafts. But she hated fighting. Allegra went back for two more summers after that. But then, when her father was doing a scientific experiment in Chile, an earthquake hit. He was killed. Allegra didn't want to live with her grandparents so she started staying year round, in camp half blood, in the Hermes cabin.
Around the time before the Battle of Manhattan occurred Allegra prayed and prayed to know who her mother was, and for her to help her. Iris showed herself to Allegra and invited her to work and R.O.F.L. Allegra was so scared, so working there didn't seem like a bad idea. So Allegra left before she had to fight in the battle.
[Okay that's interesting, enough. Though, I honestly don't think Iris wouldn't claim her kid immediately. Doesn't seem like the type.]

Combat-related questions
Camp: Was Camp Half Blood
Weapon of choice: Allegra prefers not to fight but when she must, she prefers archery so she can be farther away from battle. She generally uses a celestial bronze bow and arrow, nothing that special.
Powers and Abilities: Photokinesis, the ability to control light. As well as some limited hydrokinesis. [Why?] She also is a very good artist, and she often does t-shirt designs, and paintings for R.O.F.L.

Comments:
The character was generally good. A few little iffy points but they're mostly negligible.
