My Life as the Daughter of Poseidon: Book One: True Me, True You

I woke up in a huge cream and black bed, in a huge cream and black room with one other bed. Annabeth was sitting on the edge of the mattress.
"What?"
"You passed out when um..."
"Why does my head feel like it's being used for a group of middle school boys' game of wall ball?"
Annabeth held her phone and played something over the screen.
It was a video from somebody at camp. Over the campfire, Alisia's face loomed in a sort of projection.
"HA! Yes, it was I poisoning your precious Tsunami! I've always known I was a demigod, and now she's gone on a quest she'll never return from!" She turned to where I knew Will sat. "Flu complication my butt!"
The video ended.
"Annabeth?"
She reached over and hugged me.
"I'm sorry. Well, when we brought you to the hotel and asked for a room, they have a discount because you were conked out. And, all this complementary food."
"They didn't think you were kidnappers?"
"We told them we were on a road trip and you got a bad cold."
"Did this road trip have a reason? And why are there only two beds in here?"
Shera came in just then, and seemed to know what we were talking about, because she started laughing. I ignored her.
"Um... I'm staying with Percy."
I wiggled my eyebrows.
"Oh, don't look at me like that."
She held up her hand, and I realized how stupid I had been not to notice the ring, a pearl surrounded by sapphires, emeralds, and diamonds, set in a silver band.

Sorry this is short, my laptop has been frozen for the past few days, so I couldn't write for all of you wonderful people. Speaking of, thanks to all of you guys for being here, I know that this story isn't the best and that I do have better ones, but I'm sticking to this book and if this one doesn't improve the next will be better!
