Tears and Flowers

Until I died.

Couldn't go to school.

Couldn't get married, unless we lived at Camp.

Couldn't have a life.

I couldn't do this. My life would be pointless. But at least I would be living.
"You really ought to get out of bed."
I made a face at Will, who had confined me to a hospital bed after I had fallen over in the woods and passed out one sunset, but even after I had recovered I hadn't wanted to move, and I had only been here for a week and a half.
"Ah, no."
"Don't you have a sunset soon?"
"I don't want to do this! It isn't fair!"
"Well, I think there is one way to stop it."
"How?!"
"If you were able to become immortal."
"Excuse me?"
"Yes. If you were able to become immortal, which, is nearly impossible-"
"Yes, I know, I go to Mount Olympus, bla, bla, bla, but what do I say? What do I do?"
"Well. Maybe I'll come with you."
