The Wounds Will Always Bleed
Chapter 3
"Meet the Horse!"
I think he isn't a former half-blood. I really don't think he knows it. I REALLY DON'T. He keeps acting like 'I'm Max I know it.'... HE DOESN'T.Max is a weird kid. When he talks, it is like I'm talking to death. All solemn, boring, and basically deathly. His tone never changes, and his expression is the same. It's just a blanket of darkness near him.
We walked upon the hill of where Thalia's tree used to stand. I'd love listening to those stories. The hill feels bare without the tree, but at least there is a new light. Sometimes I wish I wasn't a demigod before they made the rule of no 'Big Three' children. I want to be a demigod AFTER the rule, so I could be Poseidon's child.
Chiron immediately acknowledged our return and the fact there was another child upon him. He looked immediately at me and instead of the other two and I could hear him mutter to himself, "Oh gods Will." It certainly didn't make my day. We introduced Max, and he took his part of introductions and finally said his full name, "Max Pomini". As soon as the last word was spoken, the symbol of Hades appeared above him.
Chiron and I stared at it in awe, and Max was distressed by this confusion, and Geoff just watched it bored out of his mind. He decided to approach Max, then laugh in a friendly way, "No wonder I hate you."
Max walked away, with no response, except obvious anger. He walked into the strawberry fields, then towards the water. It was apparent he didn't know where he was going, but there was a reason to 'go'.
Notes
I guess I'll try to make at least 3 chapters every week from now on... I've been hit hard with Writer's Block. I like blocks, but not this kind.
This is dumb
