All Is Fair In Love And Friends

Serena paced the length of Cabin One. She rubbed her arms, goose bumps popped out onto her arms.
Damn it was cold in here.
Tyler was lying down on a cot, he was breathing, but only his chest was moving.
"You sure this is gonna work?" She asked Jasmine. Jasmine didn't answer, she was bent over Tyler, her curly black hair shielded her face.
"Jasmine? Jasmine!" Serena called.
Jasmine looked up, red faced. "Serena, chill out. If anything, I need my concentration. If I mess up, Tyler could be wrapped deeper or mildly disfigured. And I doubt ANY of us in this room want that."
Serena cocked her head. Jasmine blushed harder and fixed her slightly tilted eyes back to the cot.
Serena wondered why Jasmine was acting that way. It suddenly dawned in her, Serena liked Tyler!
"Oh...okay." Serena answered. Her cheeks flushed pink.
Jasmine took a deep breath and lifted her hands above Tyler's chest. The room darkened. Fog swirled around the cabin, hiding Jasmine and Tyler from sight.
Serena clawed the air, the Mist was so thick she couldn't see her own hands in front of her.
Panic grasped Serena, sending an icy chill down her spine. Was this all the Mist unraveling from her little brother?
The fog thickened. The temperature dropped. What the hell was happening?
The door flew open, letting in sunlight, but it seemed to thicken the fog even more.
"What the fuck is going on in here?" Riley's voice called out.
"I don't even know! But be quiet, Jasmine says she needs concentration!" Serena yelled back.
The fog swirled and turned iron gray and then deepened to a midnight black. It crowded into her lungs. Serena fought to keep her voice steady, but she was ready coughing.
"Jasmine! Jasmine! What's happening?" Serena screamed. She coughed again. Black spots danced I'm her eyes, she felt as if her lungs were crumbling to ash.
Then, just as quickly, the Mist cleared. Serena crumpled to the ground. She knew she was losing consciousness fast. But before she passed out, she saw Tyler get up from the cot.
He looked different. His golden brown hair and multicolored eyes were replaced with blonde hair and blue eyes. He looked just like Jason. Tyler had gotten taller, he looked a few inches taller than Serena herself. He also looked older, the same age as Serena.
Serena noticed all these things in a nano second. She watched as Tyler rose and faced Jasmine.
He smiled warmly down on her and said, "Thank you."
And then the world turned black.
