All Is Fair In Love And Friends

Jasmine broke her gaze from Tyler. She surged towards Serena, who had passed out. Her eyes were rolled up in her head, her tanned skin was milky white and clammy. She wasn't even breathing.
"What's wrong?" Tyler asked.
"I-I don't know! Call Riley and the others!" Jasmine answered. Her voice shook. Tyler just stood there. "Get going Fog Breath! Go!" She screamed.
Tyler shot out of the cabin. Seconds later, Riley, Nick, and Lucas ran into the cabin, Tyler right behind them. Riley and Lucas looked healthily panicked, but Nick looked wild.
"Where is she?" He asked.
Jasmine looked up. She moved over as Nick flew to Serena's side. He stooped and picked her up. Serena hung limply in his arms.
"Oh gods she isn't breathing!" Lucas muttered.
"We need to get her to the infirmary!" Riley cried out.
"That'll take to long!" Nick answered. He set Serena down and began to perform CPR.
"Damn it, it isn't working!" Nick muttered.
"Nick?" Jasmine asked, she was starting to get worried.
Nick ignored his twin sister and cradled Serena, whose chest was yet to start moving.
Jasmine thought that Nick was going to slap Serena on the back or something, but was mistaken. What Nick did next was so sudden she almost toppled over.
Nick leaned over and crushed his lips against Serena's.
Tyler yelped and ran forward to pull him off his sister, but Riley stopped him.
"Wait, I think I know what he's up to." She placed a hand on his chest and gently shoved him backwards.
Jasmine didn't get it. Serena wasn't breathing, but Nick took the opportunity to kiss the girl. That was just sick.
Jasmine peered closer and then the realization hit her hard. She saw Nick blowing air down Serena's throat.
He wasn't locking lips, he was doing mouth-to-mouth.
It took awhile, but the color soon returned to Serena's face, her eyes fluttered open. Nick leaned back.
"What happened?" She asked. She rubbed her temples, "Ah, I have a splitting headache." She groaned.
"Welcome back." Nick grinned.
"Gee thanks." Serena answered, but she still blushed. She glanced around the room at her friends gratefully, until they landed on Tyler.
"Tyler?" She gasped.
"In the flesh." He answered. Riley and Lucas chuckled.
"Let's get you to the infirmary, twin sister." Tyler smiled.
A collective gasp filled the room.
Twin sister?
Tyler had a butt load of explaining to do.
