Percy Jackson, Betrayed

"First" Impressions

"Chill out, Spark Plug. We're just here to talk. And please, spare us the theatrics" I said to the King of the gods.

Zeus was so shocked, he just sat right back down. His face was still contorted in anger, but his eyes showed disbelief. He, the great Zeus, had been disrepected in front of his fellow gods. Hermes was trying to conceal his laughter, but Apollo was literally rofl-ing.

I cracked a smirk, then got serious again.

"We have been sent by someone too important to be mentioned in front of you. As you seem to already know, Gaea is rising yet again. This time is different, though. She is coming back with both the Gigantes and the Titans. It is also possible that she will receive help from Tartarus. Basically, you are screwed unless we help you. That is all"

I slashed through the air with Riptide, and we dissappeared.
=======================
Camp Half-Blood. Man, I hate this place. The memories of my betrayal were still fresh, and I could tell that my lieutenants didn't want to be here either. Ethan was sneering at everything he saw. Luke seemed a little angry, but hidden by his anger was longing. Bianca looked pretty curious, since she had barely been in Camp before being whisked away on a quest and dying. Beckendorf had a vice-grip on Silena's hand, as if they would be taken away from each other simply by being here.

It was early evening, but you couldn't tell on Olympus since it was always morning. The idea that the sun never sets in paradise. Pff. The moon was way more beatiful than the sun. I would prefer for my paradise to be forever night. At least you could actually look at the moon.

The campers were at the dining pavillion, chatting away without a care in the world. It had only been a month since I vanished. Seems like they didn't really care after all. And there he was. Ryan Rook. The kid who started all this.

In a way, I was thankful that he did what he did. By causing everyone to hate me, I lost almost all connections to this world. I was able to move on without any regrets. Except for my mom and Paul. But it was only a month, they should be fine... I'll check on them tomorrow.

Chiron stood up from his place at the front table, and stomped his hoof a few times. Everyone quieted down.

"Campers, it is time for capture the flag. Gather your equipment and allies. Remember, no maiming or killing. You may take prisoners, but not bound or gag them. All magical items are allowed. The creek is the boundary line. The flag must be prominently displayed with only two guards. Now, off with you," he made a shooing motion.

A collective cheer went up as the campers rushed off to get what they needed.

"Man its been so long since i've done CTF. Can we please play?" Luke begged.

I thought about it for a minute. I nodded at Luke, and he took off towards the woods without a second word. The rest of my lieutenants simply stared at me, slightly shocked.

"Its a good chance to reintroduce ourselves. Whooping their asses is just a plus" I told the group.

We all sprinted off after Luke.

Notes

Guess who's back, Back again. Edge is back, tell a friend. Glad your back man, I missed you. BTW, I apologize for the comment below this one. I'm an asshole. : )

What the actual fuck. You give me crap about not finishing my stories, and yet your leaving the website with like, 10 unfinished. To go to a boring run-of-the-mill website, that doesnt even have anything to do with anything in particular. Your a hypocrite liar.

Can you post the link to your first fanfic.net story?
