Black and Blue

Percy jumped as the new girl walked into his cabin. "Hi. I'm Percy. Um- I don't think you should be in here. This is the Poseidon cabin."

"I'm a Poseidon child," She replies,"Amber di' Alba." I blinked. I had a half sister?

"You're my sister? You look about my age but you can't be,"I said,"How are you here? I'm supposed to be his only child. There was the Great Prophecy. "

"Yes, there was," Amber replied which didn't answer any of my questions. She went to the closet, opened it then closed it. Her shirt still had a long gash down its front. "You have no black." She announced then turned,"I'll see you at dinner." She walked out before I could reply. I stared after her. What just happened??

A little while later someone knocked on my door. "Come in," I said. The door opened, it was Annabeth. I'm glad I had explained earlier. She could look quite scary. Luckily, now she was in happy girlfriend mode. Her beautiful blond hair was pulled back in a ponytail. Her gray eyes sparkled and shined.

"Hi Seaweed brain," Annabeth said,"Dinner time."

I smiled and got up to take her hand. "I'm coming Wise girl." We walked out together. The sun was still up. We passed Nico. "Hi, Nico."

He glanced at me,"Hello Percy." He seemed bothered about something.

"What's up?"

"Nothing." He said his bothered expression fading,"Your sis came by my cabin and stole one of Hazel's black shirts."

"Oh yeah, she was complaining earlier," I remembered. Nico shrugged and walked faster to stay ahead of us.
