Black and Blue

Nico would have guessed she was a child of Athena or Ares. I would have guessed Hades but his only living children were Hazel and I. Poseidon. That was a surprise.

I walked into the dining pavilion. I could feel campers stare at me as usual but I kept going keeping my head somewhere between up down before sitting a grabbing some food, both to eat and sacrifice. I dropped some food into the fire,"Hades."I sat down. No one was looking at me anymore. I was invisible... To the boys. Every once in a while, I would glance around and find a couple girls looking at me. They would blush and turn away.

Amber walked in and immediately everything grew quiet. So quiet you could hear Some Aphrodite kid drop a pin. Amber waved at everyone,"Don't mind me. Just getting something to eat." She walked to the Poseidon table with her head held high. A murmur went around the room. She grabbed some food sacrificed it saying "Poseidon", and walked back to her seat. She glanced at everyone who was still staring at her,"Go on and eat. I don't think the food is poisoned." She turned started eating effectively ignoring everyone else including Pery who was still staring at her.

I a slight smile played on my lips. This girl was interesting. She finished her food and walked out seeming to dislike the crowd. I quickly finished and tried to follow her but someone grabbed my arm. "Drew."

"Don't be like that Nico," Drew said batting her eyelashes,"You know you can tell me anything right? Why don't you come down to the beach with me?"

Not happening. I thought. I shoved Drew off and continued out.
