Percy slept safley, and quietly and I couldn't get over how cute he looked. He looked a lot younger when he was asleep. He's been rolling around for a few minutes, talking. I'm a little worried. He's probaby having another dream about his mother. Poor Percy. He rolled around a little more and began mumbling.
"No, mom. Don't do it!" He mumbled. His screaming was terrifying Blackjack. Blood started pouring from both of Percy's nostrils. How is he not waking up.
"Wake up, Percy." Nothing. Blood was still pouring out of each nostril. "Oh my gods! Percy wake up!!" His eyes opened and then closed again. His nose wouldn't stop bleeding and he was beginning to choke on it, so I sat him up. Blood was starting to come out of his mouth too. Blackjack was going nuts.
"Percy? Percy! Wake up! Please!" I said, a tear escaping it's home. His eyes fluttered and the bleeding stopped. I was holding him up,and blood was all over me, and him. Percy opened his mouth to say words, but all that came out was blood. Realizing what he was covered in, his eyes grew huge.
"W-wha- what?"
"You scared me so bad. Are you okay."
"Did I have a nosebleed in my sleep?"
"Yeah, and blood was coming out of your mouth."
"You mean I threw up blood?"
"Yeah, a lot of it, Percy.," I pointed to his shirt that was soaking wet, covered with his blood.
"What happened?"
"You said, No, mom. Don't do it! Then your nose started bleeding, a lot. After a bit, you started choking on blood so I sat you up straight, but you kept on puking up blood. I've never been so scared in my life." Percy wiped some blood off of his mouth using his hand.
"Oh my gods."
"Do you feel better?"
"Not exactly."
"What hurts?"
"My head, and feel so freaking cold right now." I put my hand on his forhead. Hot! I mean, yeah of course it's hot - it's Percy Jackson we are talking about, but seriously, he's burning up.
"Percy, you have a fever."
"Oh."
"We need to send Chiron an Iris Message." I pulled a Golden Drachma out of our backpack. Now I need a rainbow. Guess it's time to pray for a miracle. Lord Zues, I'm in need of your help. I need a rainbow. Please help me! Out of nowhere it began raining and the sun came out, creating a rainbow. Yes! I threw the coin into the misty rainbow and said, "Oh, Iris, Goddess of rainbows. Please accept my offering." It worked. "Chiron, Camp Halfblood." Chiron apeared before me. He was infront of the whole camp. I forgot that it was Friday, and that they were playing capture the flag. There I sat infront of the whole camp, with Percy who was covered in blood.
"Annabeth, what in the world?" He looked a bit irritated.
"It's an emergancy!"
"I'm in front of the whole camp right now, but what's going on?"
"Percy's super duper ill. He's got a fever, and he coughed up some blood."
"Can I talk to him?"
"Yeah, I guess."
"Hi, Chiron."
"Percy, are you okay? Do you need to come back to camp?" Percy opened his mouth to answer, but all that came out was a mouth full of blood. I could hear the whole camp gasp. "Well then."
"Percy, we need to go back," I said.
"No, I can't," Percy explained as he wiped more blood off of his mouth.
"Come back to camp. Now!" Chiron yelled to get his point through to Percy. He is so stubborn. "We'll be waiting."
