My Life as the Daughter of Poseidon: Book One: True Me, True You

"Now is the matter of weapons."
Poseidon said.
I was still stuffing my face, and as Shera just reminded me, when Poseidon made that remark I had half of a meatball hanging out of my mouth.
"Shera?"
She stood up and walked over to him.
Poseidon pulled out a shiny purple and teal swirled pen, the kind that you twist to open. When she twisted the bottom half, and it became a bronze sword nearly identical to Percy's, with Tyfonas engraved on it, Greek for Hurricane.
"Hey, this one fits!" said Shera, referring to the fact that up until now neither of us had found a sword who's balance felt right (which Percy told us was normal).
"Now twist the bronze button on the end of the hilt."
Shera followed Poseidon's instructions, and the pen was back in her hand.
"Tsunami?"
I shoved the last of my meatball Parmesan into my mouth and got up. I walked over to the end of the table where Poseidon handed me a shiny aqua rimmed with black pen with a long, rounded button that sloped in with a flat top, and when I pulled it out it was a shiny black pointer, and when I pushed the button on top in, and it turned into another bronze sword with the word Roufichtra on it. Whirlpool. I tapped the top of the blade, and it became a teacher-style pointer pen yet again.
"A pointer pen that turns into a sword. Well, I'll be one heck of a shark lawyer."
Poseidon gave a hearty laugh.
"That's my girl! Now, pack some of this food in these boxes-"
Several large plastic takeout containers appeared on the table.
"And be outta here with two shakes of a mermaid's tail!"

We stood on the shores of Georgia, with $200, food, and clothes.

This was gonna be a long trip. But who knows? Maybe I would find the True Me.
