The Trident Seekers

Chapter 10

Dinner flew by. No one spoke a word to me, said hi or even asked me to pass the ketchup. I was unknowledged, and I liked that.
By the end of dinner, when I'd started to give up hope on making any friends, a boy switched spots with Marly, a short girl about 12 years old with long black hair, her nose upturned to match her brothers and sisters from the Hermes Cabin.
The boy looked like he was about my age, was tall and lean, a bit lanky. But his face was very distracting.
He had dirty blond hair, so dark it was almost brown, but not exactly. His eyes were bright blue, like the sky on a clear summer day, with flecks of green in the irises. He had a milky pale face, with delicate features, a soft jaw line, and a slightly upturned nose like Marly's. He had a boy band type look, the cute face, the whipped hair, the michievious smile plastered on his face. He was adorable, in a brotherly way.
"Hi, I'm Liam," He said. His voice was also adorable, he had a very slight accent, Australian maybe?
"Hi, nice to meet you. I'm-"
"Sandy Thomas, 16, from Long Island, 5'3 ft tall, weighs 105 pounds, undetermined, rumoured to be a child of the Big Three. Oh, and your favourite coulour is blue. Yeah, I know."
He interrupted me.
Once he saw how creeped out I was, he laughed, he had a cute laugh.
"Rumours travel veeeeery quickly here. Well, based on the expression on your face I probably creeped you out a bit there! Sorry, I just talk a lot, it's a curse, really." He said, laughing again.
"Uh yeah I guess it is, but anyhow, thanks for talking to me. No ones really paid attention to me, not that I'm complaining, I love being under the radar. Especially here." I said.
"Hey, I respect that, don't know what it feels like, but yeah I get it." He said, smilling at me, his eyes twinkling.
I raised my eyebrows. "What do you mean you don't know what it feels like?" I asked.
His expression lightened, like he loved telling people this.
"Well, I grew up in Australia, my mum, she was, well I guess you could say she was famous, I always was in the spotlight, but as I got older, the monsters would attack, and we moved to America, she sent me here." He explained.
My sympathy went towards him.
a few minutes past, no one said anything.
"So what's with you and the son of Hebe?" He asked, blushing awkwardly.
"Oh, you mean Aaron? He and I go way back, I've known him forever. And I guess you could say we're together." I said even more uncomfortable then I was before he asked the question in the first place.
He looked disappointed. Which was awkward, I mean, even more.
"So!" He said, changing the subject. "The camp fire is soon, I'll see you there hopefully? Maybe you'll be claimed. I'll see you there." He stood and followed the rest of the Hermes cabin away to the camp fire.
I found Aaron, we walked around for a bit, it was nice. Then the conch bell sounded. Time for the camp fire, and to find out who my father is.

Thank you!

@Burning Sun
It's totally fine:) thank you for letting me know I really appreciate it! And glad you like it:)) I'm really not one for lemon either, just thought the moment needed it☺️

Okay, I'm not dissing your story, I LOVED IT, I mean, up until you wrote the lemon. It's a good story, and yeah, the lemon got some key points across about how close they are, but I think you could find a non-lemon way to tell the readers that.
